THE RANGE IS NORMALLY OPEN TO CLUB MEMBERS and their invited guests MON-FRI. The range is scheduled to be open on WEEKENDS to the PUBLIC subject to the terms, conditions and policies shown below. Range Access to Non-Members
THE RANGE IS OPEN MONDAY-FRIDAY FOR MEMBERS ONLY; the range is open to the public on MOST weekends 8am-4pm and typically manned by volunteer attendants. Please read the Range Reservations/Closure Policies at the bottom of this page.
There may be occasional closures to facilitate construction and maintenance, and closures for training, competitive and select private events; these closures can be on very short notice. Signs at the range will indicate of the facility is available for shooting on any given day. IF THE SIGN SAYS RANGE CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE THAT MEANS NO SHOOTING!

NOTICE - BY ENTERING CRPC PROPERTY INDIVIDUALS AGREE TO:
1. Abide by all written CRPC policies and read and comply with the posted Range Rules.
2. The following waiver:
“In consideration of being allowed to shoot and/or participate (including participation as a spectator) at the property and events of the Clatskanie Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc., do hereby, for myself and my successors, heirs and assigns, agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Clatskanie Rifle & Pistol Club, its officers and members, employees, agents and contractors, successors and assigns (“Indemnitees”) from any and all claims, suits, actions, liabilities, damage, loss, cost or expense, including but not limited to attorneys fees, at trial or on appeal, that Indemnitees may sustain or incur on account of any or all of the following arising out of or in any way related to use of said Property or participation in said events or as a result of any omissions or errors or other negligent, reckless, or intentionally wrongful acts, in whole or in part, by me, my spouse (if applicable), minor children (if acting in loco parentis) and any invitees, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED WHOLLY OR IN PART BY NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THOSE RELEASED: (1) any damage or destruction of the real property or adjoining properties of an Indemnitee; (2)any damage or destruction of any property belonging to any other person, entity or corporation; and (3) injury or death of any person or persons.
I am aware that shooting ranges, competitive shooting events and course participation and activities have inherent dangers and I hereby accept and assume that risk for myself and any minor children for which I am parent, guardian, or am acting in loco parentis (in place of the parent).”
2. The following waiver:

NOTICE—NIGHT SHOOTING IS PROHIBITED AT THE CRPC RANGE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BY THE RANGEMASTER; THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE NOTIFIED.
DO NOT BLOCK THE RANGE DRIVEWAY—VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.
